the 4 and 5 irons and am
beginning to get the
hang of hitting the
shorter irons straight
at the pin. I
particularly liked the
wedge for pitch and run
shots as the ball seemed
to jump off the club
face at a nice angle and
the slightly stiffer
shaft seemed to make it
easy to keep it on
line.

There are 3 main parts
in a finished golf club.
The first is the head of
the club. For this we
only use first quality
metals, from the same
top quality sources that
produce heads for the
brand name companies. We
inspect each head before
we assemble the club to
make sure that it meets
our high quality
standards. The second
part is the shaft. We
only use the high
quality, well known name
brand shafts. We DO NOT
USE cheap imported
shafts - only First
Quality shafts from Top
Manufacturers like
Aldila and UST. Many
other custom club
companies offer low club
prices, but use low
quality, cheap shafts
and charge you more to
“upgrade” to a name
brand shaft. We just
don’t use cheap shafts –
period. You know what
you’re getting when you
buy from us. The third
main part of the golf
club is the grip, and
again we only use name
brand top quality grips
like Winn, Golf Pride,
and Lambkin. Again, may
other custom club
companies use cheap
thermal plastic grips or
cheap rubber grips, and
charge you more to
“upgrade” to a name
brand grip. The grip is
the only part of the
club that touches the
player, so you’re
cheating yourself out of
a better golf game by
using a cheap grip. Also
– they wear out and have
to be replaced quicker,
which costs you more in
the long run.
There are some golf club
companies on the web
selling similar products
for similar prices that
DO NOT even take the
time of day to custom
fit anyone, or they
charge extra. At
Triangle Custom Clubs we
successfully custom fit
our customers with a
proven Custom Fitting
questionnaire. This
helps us to best
determine what type of
club you need. When
placing your order we
work with you to further
determine the proper
equipment.
This is a critical part
of providing you with
the proper golf
equipment at the highest
quality available. We
take true pride in our
craftsmanship. We don't
just slap the clubs
together and ship them
that same day. As we
carefully process the
order, we weigh each
component before, during
and after assembly to
insure proper
swingweight. We insure
the proper flex of the
shaft, and then start
the assembly process by
checking every aspect of
the club during
assembly; shaft flex,
club head weight, shaft
weight, club lofts and
also checking to insure
the True Precision of
the club parts. After
assembly the clubs stay
for 24 hours perfectly
placed on the work bench
to insure the epoxy or
"glue" properly cures or
dries, if this process
is rushed the clubs are
sure to fail. After
24hrs. of "curing" the
clubs are precisely cut
to length and gripped.
Each order is hand built
by an experienced Club
Builder. We have NO
assembly lines, each
order gets the full
attention of one Club
Builder. After gripping
the club(s) they go
through quality control
checks once again. Each
finished club is
cleaned, removing any
residue or dust from the
clubs, applying the
proper shaft labels, and
carefully packaging the
clubs for shipment to
you.
As our customers can
