Privacy Policy
At Triangle Custom Clubs
our Privacy Policy is
very simple. We will not
provide any personal
information that you
share with us to any
person, organization or
third party without your
permission, unless
required by law. We keep
all information in
secure areas and will
inform you if we suspect
that our security has
been compromised.
30-Day Satisfaction
Guarantee
The Triangle Custom
Clubs 30-Day
Satisfaction Guarantee
allows you to receive
your golf clubs and try
them out at the course
or driving range for a
period of 30 days.
During this period, if
you are not satisfied
with your new clubs, you
can send them back (see
“Return Procedure”) and
receive a full refund
for the price of the
clubs. Shipping charges
cannot be refunded.
The clubs must be in
original packaging and
must not show any signs
of abuse. (See
“Definition of Abuse to
Clubs”) You are
responsible for return
shipping charges. We
reserve the right to
refuse a refund for any
club that we deem
abused.
Exclusions to the 30-Day
Satisfaction Guarantee:
All sales of closeout,
used, and reconditioned
items are final. They
are, however, covered
under our 12-month
warranty unless
otherwise specified.
12-month Warranty
At Triangle Custom
Clubs, craftsmanship is
guaranteed. All clubs
carry a one-year
warranty from date of
delivery for the
original owner against
workmanship and breakage
under normal playing
conditions. Returns on
merchandise will receive
free return shipping.
Triangle Custom Clubs
will determine repairs
and/or replacement.
Proof of purchase is
required. (See “Return
Procedure”)
Exclusions to the
12-month warranty:
We reserve the right to
inspect all returned
products to determine
the extent to which the
warranty policy shall
apply. For example, our
warranty does not cover
"running over your golf
clubs with a golf cart",
"close encounters with a
tree", "accidents with
concrete tee markers",
"rusting from immersion
in water hazards", or
"other acts of God".
All joking aside - Clubs
that are abused are
excluded from warranty.
Definition of Abuse
to Clubs:
Any shaft broken 2
inches or more above the
hosel will be classified
as an abused club.
Miss-hits that occur on
the top of wood heads
are considered abuse and
are excluded from
warranty.
Any dents on the top,
bottom or sides of club
head(s) will be
considered abuse.
THE NEW OVERSIZE HEADS
ARE VERY THIN TO KEEP
THE WEIGHT DOWN. BE
CAREFUL NOT TO SLAM THEM
AGAINST THE GROUND, THEY
WILL DENT.
Clubs that have had
repairs (other than grip
replacement) or changes
in loft or lie voids the
warranty.
(Although our clubs can
be adjusted for loft and
lie, we cannot verify
the competence of the
adjuster and cannot,
therefore, be held
responsible for damage
incurred or future
failure of the club)
Grips are not covered
under the warranty since
grips should be replaced
every 3 – 6 months under
normal use.
Return Procedure
All returns must be
authorized and include a
return authorization
(RA) number supplied by
Triangle Custom Clubs.
Please
contact us for a RA
number
(The RA number is very
important! It is how we
track the return and any
credits related to your
order.) You must write
the RA number on the
outside of the box
legibly and obviously.
Packages that do not
have an RA number on the
outside of the box will
be refused. Triangle
Custom Clubs must
receive goods within 15
days after an RA number
has been issued.
Shipments received after
the 15 day period may be
excluded from the
warranty / guarantee.
Damaged on Arrival
If the product you
ordered is damaged in
the shipping process,
please call us within 48
hours of receipt of your
club(s). If Triangle
Custom Clubs is not
notified within 48 hours
of receipt, we will have
to assume that shipping
did not cause damage and
the 12-month warranty
will apply.
